Won't do it, but will tell you how to:

When is  the maximum height? When the velocity = 0. Because it's the moment when it "stops going up" and it is "just about" to start going down.

About hitting the ground, if you plugged in 363-foot to be your initial position, it's obvious that it will hit the ground when the final position it's going to be 0.

Last answer is C, because s(0) is like saying what's the initial state of the whole "physical system".

What are you doing when you do s(t) ? You seek for the position in function of the time.
Now you have the final position to be 0. So...

$$-16t^2 +64t +363 = 0$$
Now solve for t.
