if g(x)=1/x . I have to graph this my equation is g(x)-1 What do I do. I am really confused with this. I have to do shifts and reflections

g(x) - 1 means that all the y values get shifted down 1. If all y values are shifted down 1, then that means the entire graph of (1/x) is moved down 1 unit.
