Using the formula D=RT solve. During the first part of a canoe trip, Ken covered 60km at a certain speed. He then traveled 24km at a speed that was 4 km/h slower. If the total time for the trip was 8 hr, what was the speed on each part of the trip? please help.
I guess my approach wasn't helpful
no i posted it again to see if you popped up because for some reason i think i deleted the post from yesterday... and i have a question.
And what question would that be?
my professor asked me to solve using this formula D = RT for T on each of these and then add them together to get the 8 hours of total time. I see you did the first part and i understood the way you did it but I dont understand what he is asking me to do. Migh you know what he is talking about?
I can explain it to you, but you will need to understand what I'm talking about.
ok the thing is that on the class we did not focus on this part of the lecture and now on a mixed problem sheet he gave us online i have a whole bunch of questions we did not cover. i asked him for help and thats what he answered
Do you have skype?
If you have skype, I can explain everything to you. It will make it much more convenient for me
yes but not on my lap top im working
I see. Well, the problem is, I like doing things the easy way. The easy way for me is to show you as I'm explaining it to you. Skype provides a means of doing that.
ok hold on let me see if i can do something here
