You can do the model of an elevator using a cardboard box. I did that for my science fair at school and got an A.

You could make a camera out of a carboard box and film. Then you could develop the pictures yourself.

Or you could power a calculator off of citrus fruits.

Or you could examine the rate of reaction of an enzyme with noncompetitive or competitive inhibition. Or, more simply, you could try to denature an enzyme and see it's effect on the substrate.
