put in (x+4)(x-3)^(1/3)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can it show you the work how they got it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sure, use product rule: \[((x+4)(x-3)^{1/3})' = ((x-3)^{1/3}) + (x+4) \frac{1}{3} (x-3)^{-\frac{2}{3}}\] \[= (3(x-3)^{2/3} ((x-3)^{1/3}) + (x+4) ) * \frac{1}{3} (x-3)^{-\frac{2}{3}}\] \[=(4x-5 ) * \frac{1}{3} (x-3)^{-\frac{2}{3}}\]
