OpenStudy (anonymous):

y= -x^2? how can i get rid if the exponent, oh btw im using y=0 to find the x-int

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if y=0, divide both sides by -1. that gets rid of the negative sign and then you can just take the square root of both sides, getting rid of the exponent.,

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so the answer would be x= root of zero???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

in other words zero...?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes the square root of zero is zero.

OpenStudy (anonymous):
