OK... Are these lines parallel, perpendicular, or neither? a. y=-2x+1 and y=-2x-3 b. y=4x+10 and y=-2x+5 c. y=-3x+1 and y=1/3x+1 PLEASE HELP ME GUYS! i forgot how to do this all over again. :/
