red wise manufacturing company would like to assess the activities completion time of predecessors for building a new convention centre. these are outlined in the table below

Required:
draw a full timed network diagram to depict the information.
identify the critical path
calculate the EST and LFT for each activity , show these on network diagram and then transfer them to a table where you will also show the float on each non-critical activity.

i'm having a problem calculating the critical path because there is a dummy activity in the network diagram

there are two situations when dummy appears..
1. IF WE HAVE TWO ACTIVITIES HAVING SAME HEAD AND TAIL EVENT WITH DIFFERENT CONSUMPTION OF TIME THEN ALWAYS WE SHOULD INTRODUCE DUMMY RELATION.
2. IF ANY ACTIVITY APPEARS ATLEAST TWO TIMES IN PRECEDING COLUMN, I IN INDIVIDUAL AND II WITH OTHER ACTIVITY, THEN WE SHOULD INTRODUCE DUMMY.
