United States. Prior to American entry into WWII, the United States contributed a volunteer fighter group to China to help fight against the Japanese. They were called the Flying Tigers. Not to mention, the fact that America was a counterbalance to Japanese expansion in the Pacific and Asia was a primary reason why Japan attacked Pearl Harbour on Dec. 7th, 1941.
