Yes, we would probably wake up if we sneezed while sleeping.

OpenStudy (frostbite):

It's not possible to sneeze when you are a sleep. Although the nostrils sensory neurons detect irritating dust particles, the brain does not manage to send the message to the muscles. But i don't think scientists have found the reason why yet.

Frostbite is closest, we dont sneeze when we are truly asleep (REM) our muscles are paralyzed to stop us 'living out' our dreams, this also numbs the sneeze reflex which has been toned down as we sleep, it actually quite cool
