Be easier if you just posted the systems instead of sending them as links

6x+3y = -3 -18x -9y = 9 If you multiplied the first one by 3 you would get: 18x +9y =-9 This means that there are infinite solutions

Divide the second one by three if that makes the math easier. You've been posting these forever... Set it up so you can cancel one variable when you add the two equations together. Solve for the remaining variable and then... PLUG and CHUG!!

Neither way is any easier than the other. Multiplying is no more difficult than dividing in this case.
