Take the derivative, f'(x)= 6x^2 +12x -90 Your looking for horizontal tangent lines (slope=0) so when f'(x)= 0 you have the points factor this.. 6(x^2+2x-15)=0 (x+5)(x-3) ... x=-5 or x=3 plug these into original function for y values
