the question asked me to outline the four main tissue types in the stomach, i know that there is epithelium found there but im not sure if it is just simple columnar that is present.

The tissues found in the stomach are:
Epithelial tissue: Protects the stomach walls from the hydrochloric acid.
Connective tissue: Is the blood in the walls of the stomach
Nervous tissue: Controls acid production in the stomach. It also helps contract and coordinate stomach muscle.
Muscle tissue: Mixes stomach contents and forces them towards the lower intestines. It is in between the epithelial tissues.
