can some one help me with graphing inequality

OpenStudy (precal):

graph the line. If the inequality has an equal sign then it is a solid line and the line is a solution to the inequality. If the inequality does not have an equal sign then it is a dotted line and is not a solution. Take a test point above the line, sub that x and y value into the inequality. If it is true, shade that region since it is a solution region (ie all points in that region are the solution). If it is false, do not shade that region shade the other side of the line. The other side is the solution.
