So stuck! How to find general solution of differential.eq:
x*y''(x)+y'(x)*((1-a/x)^x+b)=0.

Where 'a' and ¨'b' are constant parameters. Solve for variable x. Glad for any help.

You may be able to solve this as a second order homogeneous equation. Look at Lamar's website for answers.
