Well, I got all the way too 4^12 = (0.6x) ^7 and got lost..

OpenStudy (phi):

It is 4^(12/7) which using a calculator, gives us 10.767 It makes sense: 12/7 is not quite 2, so the answer should be less than 4^2 =16. Now you have 0.6 x = 10.767 or x= 10.767/0.6 = 17.945
