How do you solve :b Use synthetic division to show that g(x) is a factor of f(x), and complete the factorization of f(x). g (x) = x + 3; f (x) = x3 + 5x2 + 3x - 9

I don't remember exactly what the definition I'm looking for it, but basically the divisor for synthetic division is x-r. Where r is the number you divide by. (I know that makes no sense but bare with me). You'd take -3 for your r. Then I'll draw it from there if I can cuz its hard to show on here...

this isn't easy without a mouse...working on it
