find the derivative of y=[cos(5x+3)^4]^5 ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y'=5[cos(5x+3)^4]^4*4cos(5x+3)^3*-sin(5x+3)*(5)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i'm pretty sure that's right but it might not be.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

why not distribute the exponent first to make is cos(5x+3)^20 then just chain it: 20(cos(5x+3)^19)(-sin(5x+3))(5)
