First of all, with the new updates, you get to be moderator of the groups you create.
Second, you level up by getting exp, which you get by completing achievements and gettin medals

That is impossible. Openstudy is a honest website with honest owners. They dont accept money for receiving extra beneficts: everything is free. To level up, you just need to contribute to the community and to help other users.
