(x+7)^2 (y-9)^2
x^2 +14x+49 (x^2+7x)+(7x+49) x(x+7)+7(x+7) (x+7)(x+7) (x+7)^2 So x^2+14x+49 factors to (x+7)^2 In other words, x^2+14x+49=(x+7)^2
Use the same idea to factor the second expression
