h(x)=4x^2-5x+1, K(x)=x and m(x)=7 for all x. compute h[k(x)]. What do the brackets mean??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It means that function h maps function k which maps x onto.........

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so how do I do this problem?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Errr... For this one, k(x)=x so you need not change anything in hk(x) cause it's the same. h[k(x)]=h(x) as x=k(x)
