find the locus of point such that its distance from point (3,-3) is always equal to its distance from the straight line y=x-2

(a,b) be a point on the locus....................... the line is also x-y-2=0
then
(3-a)^2 + (-3-b)^2 = ((a-b-2)^2)/2
