well i'm not using chrome
but someone said there is a lot of problems with chrome
i mean i use chrome at the house and i couldn't go to the feedback section
and i couldn't use chat
and now i'm on internet explorer and i can use feedback but i still can't chat
so maybe it is something they got rid of it

No, definitely did not get rid of the chat box. Still trying to track down why it's disappearing. Sorry folks.

Sometimes it pops up, and other times it's not there. it gets frustrating. but when it does show, it should be on the bottom right side corner.
