I am really struggling now that I reached related rates in calculus. But I really need to know the why's also, not just the answer. I know part of it is it's been 27years since I was in school. first question: A 6-ft man walks away from a 16-ft lamppost at a speed of 5 ft/s. Find the rate at which his shadow is increasing in length.
