we often imply that multicellular organisme are more advanced than unicellular or colonial organisms.expalain why this is not true,using examples from lab or elsewhere

It would be easy if the question is to prove that the statement is true.....
"Advanced" implies there is a goal. Evolution isn't "trying" to get anywhere. Organisms are about efficiency and reproduction. Multicellular and single-celled organisms can both be successful-often sigle-cells moreso. If they were not, they would not be here.
