pH is a scale where Acids are less than 7 Bases are more than 7 and 7 is nuetral. So, in this case, 6.3 is less than 7 so it is slightly acidic. In all likelihood a pH of 6.3 won't harm much of anything, but you can say it might cause the plastic the pool is made of to break down and it may irritate the skin of the kiddies
