\[\frac{3}{(x-8)(x-3)}=\frac{1}{x-8}+\frac{8}{x-3}\]
\[\frac{3}{(x-8)(x-3)}-\frac{1}{x-8}-\frac{8}{x-3}=0\]
take the lcm = (x-8)(x-3)
