Find the first derivative first:
f'(x) = -8x / (x^2-9)^2
You can be able to find the second derivative. Just use the quotient rule.
\[ -8 (1/(x^2-9)^2-(2 x (2 x))/(x^2-9)^3)\]
24(x^2+3) / (x^2-9)^3
