It all depends on what you want to organise I think. If you want to organise your people then I can recommend Tweetdeck. To organise what you read I would recommend Diigo. With Diigo you can use a highlighter and sticky notes to organise your thoughts on what you read and you can also follow other MOOers via the groups. And finally, I use Scoop.it to curate blogs I write and blogs I find fit in with my interests.
