Putative just means "thought to possibly be" ... so these are molecules that may or may not be pheromones, they are "suspects" or "candidates." The putatives (Pnn) may be included in MXnnn concoctions, but are not (AFAIK) ingredients in consumer products like TUTH or Instant Honesty or A314 .

We just don't know much about them. They are newly discovered and the effects of many pheromones are still unknown.
