There's a rule for exponents: \[x{^n}\div x{^m} = x{^{n-m}}\] Might help you working it out ;)

\[10{^6}\div 10{^2} = 10{^{6-2}} = 10{^4}\] The other factors are 9.4 and 4.97. \[(9.47\div 4.97) \times 10{^4} =...\]

(Obviously I made a mistake there in 9.47, but that doesn't matter. The principle remains.)
