whats the domain and range for this function f(x)=(1)/(4+e^x) ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

4+e^x=0, solve this for your domain

OpenStudy (anonymous):

there cant be 0 in the denominator

OpenStudy (anonymous):

all real numbers

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thats the domain??

OpenStudy (yash2651995):

yes that's the domain

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what about the range

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the same. All real numbers.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the domain is not all real numbers .. there is something wrong :s

OpenStudy (anonymous):

domain includes all the numbers that give you a non zero number in the denominator. Here if you plug in any number you cannot get zero in denominator.
