Question

I need your help to evaluate the following integral from 0 to infinity numerically. The integrand has two singularities at x= a3, a4, and one of its limits is ∞.

∫x*ln[abs((x-a3)*(x+a4)/(x-a4)(x+a3))]/(a1*exp((a2*x^2)+1)dx
All constants a1, a2, a3 and a4 are positive.
I tried matlab but the problem is that I don't know how matlab behaves if we have singularities in the domain
