Which statement describes the difference between sketches and drawings? Sketches are made freehand but drawings are made with accurate geometric measurements. ^ that'd be the correct answer, right?

In terms of curves, yes. Sketching is normally done following a process - find the intercepts, critical points, points of inflection, concavity, etc - and then all the information is filled in, to give an "idea" of what the graph looks like, and is useful for complex polynomials or other equations that would be hard to figure out and just draw. Drawing is done very accurately, with all the information known about a graph.
