does anyone know how to convert rates? (: does anyone know how to convert rates? (: @Mathematics

OpenStudy (lilg132):

what rates?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

like; The CN Tower in Toronto, Canada, is about 1815 ft. tall. About how many meters tall is the tower? Use the fact that 1m = 3.28 ft.

or.. Susanna swam 3 minutes for 100 yd - free style. What is her speed with miles/hour?

OpenStudy (lilg132):

all you would have to do is divide the height by the amount of ft per meter so you would get 1815 divided by 3.28 = 553.3536585 meters rounding it down would give us 553 meters Please dont forget to give me a medal :D

OpenStudy (lilg132):

2000 yds a mile convert that into mph sorry need to leave now

OpenStudy (lilg132):
