The only way you can really view one group at a time is by leaving all other groups except the one you want to see. People will be people though and they post things in the wrong group, we do try to deal with that though.

I had asked Frostbite the same question and was told that this has been requested to the moderators and that they are working on implementing such a feature. Lets hope we get it soon.

Yep, not quite yet, but we're planning group pages. No estimate on when they're coming, though.

That said, in the short term (within the next few days) we're working to put out a way to filter your questions to just one of the groups you're a member of.
