If you understand like terms, you can work these problems. For example, can you do this: 3a+7b-6a-4b?

So, can you do the one I just posted ( 3a+7b-6a-4b), by combining 3a and (-6a), then combining 7b and (-4b)?

I'm trying to help you think this through without just feeding you answers

If you can do this: 3a+7b-6a-4b, then you can do this: 3√10+7√15-6√10–4√15 The only difference is that "a" is now "√10" and "b" is now "√15". Don't let these problems scare you. You can always substitute simple variables for the radicals, then substitute them back in at the end of the problem.
