Well, angle ABE and angle CBD are congruent by the Vertical Angles Theorem. |dw:1352405526317:dw| So, if we find that angle A and angle D are congruent, we can prove triangle ABE and DBC are congruent by the ASA Congruence Postulate. Does that make sense?
