I have the answers. Im just trying to figure out how he got \[1/\sqrt{2}\left(\begin{matrix}1 \\ 1\end{matrix}\right)\] and \[1/\sqrt{2}\left(\begin{matrix}-1 \\ 1\end{matrix}\right)\]
