F(x,y,z) = -yi + xj + 3zk S is hemisphere z = √(16-x^2-y^2), y≥0, with upward orientation. what will be the parametrization? r(phi, theta) = (4 sin phi * cos theta, 4 sin phi * sin theta, 3 cos phi) or r(phi, theta) = (4 sin phi * sin theta, 4 sin phi * cos theta, 3 cos phi)
