Hello, I'm new here and I wonder if I can bee good at Electrical Engineering without being so skilled at physics or math?

OpenStudy (jamesj):

The short answer is no. Being very skilled at dealing with mathematics, particularly calculus and differential equations is essential. A strong command of physics, especially electricity and magnetism obviously, is also pretty much essential.
