Does include NADP+ here is the equation: 2 H2O + 2 NADP+ + 3 ADP + 3 Pi + light → 2 NADPH + 2 H+ + 3 ATP + O2 Have a look through this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Photosynthesis#Light_reactions It gives a good more in depth explanation (the light reactions part), though not sure what level you are working at :)
