I think its nurture. The way your parents brought you up is going determine your character, behaviour, etc. more than nature does.

I believe that it is more nurture than nature. However, I do think that they work together to determine who you are. Genetics may decide what you look like, but your environment can cause many changes. And, as is the over-cliched saying, your personality makes you who you are, and your environment deeply affects this. Also, I remember a cited case where two monozygotic twins were treated differently by their parents. One eventually developed a genetic mental issue, while the other didn't.
