4x-1 = 1/2 (30) x=4 If you are interseted in knowing how I got the answer.. then here: The mid-segment theorem states that: If a segment join the midpoint of two sides of a triangle, then it is parallel to the third side, and it's length is one-half the length of the third side. :)
