first do you know what at least means?
If I told you there are at least 8 people in my class, what does that mean exactly?
It means that there can be 8 or more people.
Sum means the result of addition
Integers are numbers in the set {...,-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3,...}
Consecutive means the one right after the next.
So The sum of two consecutive integers means n+(n+1)
n+1 comes after the number n
just like
2+1 comes after the number 2
and
like 3+1 comes after the number 3
and so on...
So now the whole first sentence is: The sum of two consecutive integers is at least 36.
That means we have n+(n+1)>=36
Remember n+(n+1) can be more than or equal to 36.
