theres 4 weeks in a month and 12 months... so shouldnt it be 4 times 12 = 48?

but monthly are again 2 or 3 days plus

4 weeks is 28 days
only February has 28 days (except leap years)
so that is not a good method as most months do not have exactly 4 weeks in them, as jhonyy said
