A triangular plot of land has boundary lines 45 meters, 60 meters, and 70 meters long. The 60 meter boundary line runs north-south.Is there a boundary line for the property that runs east-west?

No. If the 60 metre boundary runs exactly north-south, then a boundary running exactly east-west would require a right hand triangle and thus follow Pythagoras' theorem. Since \[\Large \sqrt{60{^2}+45{^2}} = 75\neq 70\]We can say that it's not a right-hand triangle, therefore there is no boundary running exactly east-west.
