If anyone could help on the attachment because I don't know how to calculate the left endpoint, right endpoint, and midpoints @Calculus1

What part don't you understand? The question asks you to divide the interval [3,9] into 3 equal subintervals. Can you do this? Next, starting at x=3, and at the start of each subinterval, plot the y value ( f(x), as given in the table). Draw vertical lines from the x-axis up to f(x). Now form rectangles. For right end points, look at the vertical line to the right, and draw a horizontal line to the left.
