There might not be one. Just request the ones who posted the videos to put up the srts in two ways or more :
#1 A line, every second
#2 A download link for srt in the description of the vide

There are .srt files in the package named "Course Materials", but I believe that they are corrupted; at least, neither I nor other mate from here could make them work, but good luck nevertheless and tell us if you can use them.

I was trying to use the srt file, but I couldn't, I think something goes bad with it. I could see some numbers, but anything matches with the video.

You can download the srt i.e., Transcript or view it in text format on the same page itself. Does this help ?

I recommend the transcripts. The subtitles are awful and miss 50% of the content.
