Does anyone know something interesting about Nicaragua? @World Geography
Manuel Noriega was the leader of it in the 80's and was deposed by a U.S invasion.

He was holed up in a church for a couple of weeks or so while the U.S forces waited him out outside til he finally gave up and they arrested him. One of the things they did to wear him down was to blast music outside 24 hours a day.
